    "The Navigators" is a great group focused on Scripture memory. I've found what works for me best as far as retention is to consciously live my life by it, 'the one thing I do'. There is a difference, I think, between believing in something and 'be-living' that something. Time spent in prayer and focusing on GOD, giving HIM praise and gratitude for ALL THINGS is the starting point. Love, Joy, Peace to all. Philippians 3:13-14, 3:7-11, John 1:12-13, Philippians 4:4-7, Galatians 5:22-2

    He was Sem the son of Noah that lived over 900 years. he founded Salem which later became Jerusalem. Why did Abraham give a part of what he earned, because as king and priest he was also the ancestor of Abraham , nobody remembered where he was from because he was the last of individuals who lived over 900 years old like the first decendants of Adam and Eve. So close to the first children of adam and Eve had almost perfect genes and starting in chap5 you see the decendant of Adam the first 11 genrations lived over 900 years noah lived an aditional 350 years after the flood and acording to genesis 8 verse 29 noah lived 950 years. in genesis chap 11 verses 10 and 11 Sem lived 602 years after the flood which acording to the genalogy sem was still living when Abraham rendered honour to Melkisedeck the king and priest of salem and the oldest living ancestor of the semite which included Abraham . after Abraham it seems the gene pool had deteriorated and people only lived around 100 years. Sem the father of the Semite ancestor to Abraham, founder of Salem which became Jerusalem. more than likely was the melkisedeck the king and priest of whom nobody knew the origin because he was older than anybody : was SEM the father of Abram and the lineage of the JEWS"

    Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, understood as the persistent rejection of the voice of conscience through which God speaks to us, can manifest in various ways. Here are some examples to illustrate what such blasphemy might look like: 1. Persistent Denial of Conviction: A person repeatedly feels convicted by their conscience about a certain behavior or attitude, such as lying or harboring hatred, but continually chooses to ignore this inner prompting and justifies their actions instead. Over time, they become increasingly resistant to any sense of moral or spiritual guidance. 2. Attributing God’s Work to Evil: Someone witnesses or experiences acts of love, kindness, or miracles that are clearly inspired by God’s Spirit but chooses to attribute these actions to sinister or malicious forces. This deliberate misinterpretation and denial of the Holy Spirit’s work hardens their heart against divine influence. 3. Willful Rejection of God’s Grace: A person consistently hears and understands the message of salvation and the call to repentance but consciously decides to reject it. Despite recognizing the truth and experiencing the inner prompting to turn to God, they steadfastly refuse to accept His grace and continue to live in opposition to His will. 4. Deliberate Opposition to Divine Guidance: An individual may be involved in actions or behaviors they know are wrong (e.g., corruption, exploitation, cruelty) and repeatedly sense the Holy Spirit’s prompting to change their ways. However, they not only ignore this guidance but actively oppose it, perhaps even leading others astray by convincing them that these wrong actions are justified. These examples demonstrate how blasphemy against the Holy Spirit involves a consistent and conscious decision to reject and oppose the inner voice of conscience and divine guidance. This persistent rejection leads to a state where the individual is no longer open to receiving forgiveness and grace, as they have turned away from the very means through which God communicates and transforms lives.

    In the Bible, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is described as the unforgivable sin. If we understand the Holy Spirit as our voice of conscience and lifeline to God-the quiet voice in our head through which God speaks to us-this sin becomes particularly significant. This concept is illustrated in three key passages: 1. Matthew 12:31-32 (NIV): “And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.” 2. Mark 3:28-29 (NIV): “Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.” 3. Luke 12:10 (NIV): “And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.” In these passages, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is understood as a deliberate and persistent rejection of the inner voice of conscience-the means through which God communicates and guides us. By continuously denying this divine guidance, a person closes themselves off from God’s transformative power and grace, making forgiveness unattainable. This rejection represents a total turning away from the source of moral and spiritual truth, thus severing the possibility of receiving God’s forgiveness and grace.

    I think the account of Hezekiah proves God changes his mind on things. If you say he never changed his mind in that situation then you are forced to say that when God said he would not recover and that he would die, that simply was never true thus you have God lying.

    John the Baptist, Jesus, Paul and their followers all believed that the world was coming to an end. Time after time the Hebrews had been invaded made subjects and slaves, driven int exile or killed. They had found repeated leaders before that had failed . In a few years the Hebrews would go to war again, this time Rome gave no quarter. Jesus was going to create a ew heaven and new earth, the enemies vanquished , peace would rule. The was not thousands of years away after the establishment of a new religion but within the span of lifetimes. Christianity developed as a sort of plan B. When that failed.

    How about adults who are blind? How about special education youth and adults? Paul is not opening the door to contraceptive use today as this man's beliefs ultimately and logically profess to. In Romans 1:18ff Paul is talking about degrees of punishment as God keeps books of punishment against the unbelievers, everything bad they do, as Romans 1:18 reads, "against ALL ungodliness and unrighteousness and then goes on to explain that those adults have eyes, but cannot see, they have ears, but cannot hear, as for example, in dealing with the mysteries of the faith. For 1500 years the Church spoke against the views of this man, as with the head covering requirements which have also been let go of by the modern 501c prophets of Baal. His theology is not compassionate, but open slander, destructive of the family unit, opens the door to all types of open sex, and has sent billions of babies and infants into eternal damnation by the family planning crowd. The time of accountability starts from birth, as the book of Malachi states that God seeks a Godly seed, meaning right from conception as the word of God is sharper than a two edge sword. The congregations have spoken correctly for 1500 years years on this, and now our families and society is paying the price. Paul speaks the truth in love, but twist the truth so that the seminary professors and preachers can keep the money rolling in. Type in "Can unborn Infants be sent to hell by contraceptive use?" for a faithful explanation on You Tube.

    A Overseer Shepherd must be without reproach! All thoughts about a possible future restoration of a man whose sin disqualifies him has to be judged by this " no reproach" qualification. Any serious sin that becomes an item of concern and which is a public scandal known to the unbelieving world and which will be an obstacle to the gospel disqualifies that individual from that sacred office! The church now treats him as a mere professing Christian at that point. There is no rehabilitation program for a pastor. If there is genuine repentance he can be restored to fellowship but depending on the sin and the degree of scandal has to be determined by the church and its leadership before any consideration can be given for a potential return to ministry that is financially supported by the church. And after he is removed, assuming the sin requires removal he is to find employement like every other Christian elsewhere and not retain regular sustenance from the people of God. Of course it all depends on many factors and circumstances that must be wrestled with and resolved before a man can be restored at a later time if at all. It is hard to make specific judgment when your speaking hypothetically. For example a Pastor who was caught in an adulterous affair and who had no intent of repenting before he was found out can never return to that office in any church I would support. If a child was the product of adultery would also in my mind permanently disqualify him. Whether admited or found out. If a Pastor had a momentary relationship with another woman who he became to close with that did not become sexual should perhaps step away from public ministry while he reconciles his indiscretion with his wife and children. The wife and family must all be a part of any recovery or restitution of a Pastor. His wife and family are all part of the without reproach requirement. A pastor who has been verbally abusive or physically abusive to his wife or children as a regular thing is disqualified forever in my mind. Particularly if this is discoverd because it can no longer remain hidden for various reasons. So there is a lot to all of this. It is not black and white. And the church must be bublically aggreable to whatever action may be taken against such men when they fall. I am not a Presbyterian who submits to the final action and deliberation of a synod or general assembly of Presbyters.

    I have listened to his debates back to 2001. Tom Schreiner is a SBINO (Southern Baptist in name only). Either that or the SBC has made their tent so big that some have fallen in the Reformed Baptist Camp with James White. He is a scholar, but he does not belong at Southern. For that matter, neither does Al Mohler. The Seminary is toast and will go the way of Princeton if the Lord tarries.

    Leave your unbiblical seminary and become a real Pastor if you meet the qualifications Sir? If you are a pastor in a true NT church then you have authority to speak about such a subject. Seminaries are not Churches and constitute no part of an Ecclesia if we understand that exact phrase used specifically by the Holy Spirit to designate Gods holy institution which does not include extra bublical institutions such a bible colleges and seminaries that operate as private independent entities just like worldly organizations of higer education so called.

  • @ronknight1532
    @ronknight1532 2 дня назад

    Well thank you for making even clearer how totally non-nonsensical the non-biblical trinity doctrine is. I will ask one question that no Trinitarian will answer because the Trinity is non-scriptural. At Matthew 24:36 it say's" But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only. " The humans didn't know the hour and day, because they asked Jesus in Matthew 24:3 that question " And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" After giving a composite sign he stated verse 36. So the problem Trinitarians have is if NO ONE KNOWS THE HOUR OR DAY ONLY THE FATHER, those not knowing must include all other persons Humans, Angels, The Son, and(The Holy Spirit if it is a person). Remember Jesus doesn't have to mention humans because they asked the question. But the Holy Spirit if it is a person would have the be included in this scripture either as knowing the hour and day or not knowing. If you say only the Father knows and the Holy Spirit doesn't know, then the Trinity falls apart. If the Holy Spirit does know then why didn't Jesus say that and not what he actually did said that only the Father Knows the hour and day. Because of this scripture there is no way the Bible can be reconciled with Trinity doctrine.

    This is pretty fancy, high level intellectual Christianity. I’ll have to listen to this a few more times. If the thief on the cross couldn’t understand this, he was in trouble. But the Lord Jesus, in all His pain and suffering, made it so simple for him. You see, he had no time left to go to theological school. Jesus told him he would very shortly be with Him in Paradise. Always remember that Jesus saves - to the utmost. Etc.

    I cannot understand how a person can have the idea that “I am saved” God alone only knows who is saved. I live in hope that by the way I live my life and by the Grace of God I may be saved. As a Catholic we believe in the mystical body of Christ in heaven and Earth. The mystical body is all the members the church giving praise and Glory to God alone, the Father who created us, Jesus Christ his son who became flesh in the womb of Mary and became man, and the Holy Spirit who sanctifies us and dwells within us. We believe in the communion of Angels and Saints all giving Glory to God. In the Catholic Church at every mass we give all Glory to the Mystical Lamb of God with the angels and saints in the Holy Eucharist. The wonderful miracle and mystery that the same Jesus who lived in the womb of Mary, who rose from the dead, is given to us in the Holy Eucharist is in a supernatural way. We recognise him in the breaking of bread. Jesus we trust in your great mercy and love..🙏
